about us....

Our Grotto is run by some very special elves who love meeting and chatting to everyone. They will guide you through our magical Grotto and then you will meet Father Christmas himself, where you will be able to let him know what you’d love for Christmas.

Unfortunately, there are times when we have to close our queue early to enable all the children to meet Santa before he goes to bed. These are announced on our Facebook page and our website on the day.
